THIS IS THE REGISTRATION PAGE FOR FALL CLASSES - Sept 7, 2010 - June 2011

You will be billed registration fees and a confirmation of registration will be emailed to you. 

To hold your spot, we must receive payment for your Registration Fee - Class sizes are limited! 

You can pay your registration fee online or during office hours to secure your spot.

Check the 2010-2011 Schedule to find out which classes are closed as you will not be able to register for full classes.

Registration Fees are as follows:

  • $25.00 (1st Student)

  • $15.00 (2nd Student)

  • $15.00 (3rd Student)

  • $10.00 (each additional student after 3)

There are no refunds on registration fees.

  • Students are expected to participate in the end of year Recital, June 21 & 22, 2011 at Weber State University in the Val A. Browning Center

Registration Agreement

  and understand that Syracuse Dance Academy has the right to bill and enroll my student/s for the above classes. I understand that some classes may be full and the Academy will notify me of any changes. I understand that tuition is due the first week of each month and after the 10th there is a $10.00 late fee.  I understand that tuition is automatically charged every month unless I notify the office before the 10thI understand there are No Refunds for tuition, registration or recital fees, holidays, missed classes, or ordered costumes.  Accounts must be paid in full including Tuition before costumes can be picked up.
