SUMMER SESSION REGISTRATION PAGE

NO REGISTRATION FEE will be due for Students Enrolled from Spring 2011!

You will be billed registration fees and a confirmation of registration will be emailed to you.

To hold your spot, we must receive payment for your Registration Fee - Class sizes are limited!

You can pay your registration fee online or during office hours to secure your spot.

Summer Camp and Summer Class Tuition Billing

Classes begin July 5th and run through August 29th (8 weeks)
Tuition for the Summer Session will be billed July 1st and will be due by July 15th. After July 15th a $10.00 late fee will be assessed on past due accounts. See the Summer Tuition Rates Below.
New Students Summer of 2011 will be able to enroll for Fall Classes with NO additional registration fee.
The Summer Camp fee is $80.00 per student (new students will have their registration fee waived if only attending the camp $25.00 value) The camp fee must be paid at the time of registration.

Registration Fees

$25.00 (1st Student)
$15.00 (2nd Student)
$15.00 (3rd Student)
$10.00 (each additional student after 3)

There are no refunds on registration fees or tuition.

Students new to the Studio Summer of 2011 will be able to enroll for Fall Classes with no additional registration fee!

If you were enrolled in classes during the Spring of 2011 NO REGISTRATION FEE will be billed for your Summer Classes.

Summer Dance Workshop for past students and Team members: August 27th

Work Shop Fees will be charged for the Workshop at the time of registration. Show-Time Dance Workshop is included in your Summer Tuition
Saturday 9:00-Noon with a review for parents the last 20 minutes of the workshop
Workshop Fee $25.00 includes 3 hours of class, breakfast & a t-shirt

Summer Session Tuition Rates

Tuition for Summer will be billed July 1st and is due by July 15th. After July 15th all tuition will require a $10.00 late fee. Students who are enrolling mid session will have their tuition pro-rated.

Base Rate If you have students in both the 45 minute and hour long classes, you will take the hour class rate as your base rate and add all others at the family/multiple class discount Rate.

1st class: $80.00 (for 8 weeks)

Add additional classes or siblings at a LOWER rate!!!

Family/Multiple Class Discount Rate:

add $48.00 for the 2nd class or student
add $44.00 for the 3rd class or student
add $40.00 for the 4th class or student
add $36.00 each for families with 5 or more students/classes

Team Tuition Rates: See your Team Placement Day information, check in the office or call if you have questions on your tuition rate. Team members are required to attend 1/2 of the summer, 4 weeks or 8 classes.

Registration Agreement

and understand that Syracuse Dance Academy has the right to bill and enroll my student/s for the above classes. I understand that some classes may be full and the Academy will notify me of any changes. I understand that Summer tuition is due by the 20th of July and if it is not paid a $10.00 late fee will be added. I understand that tuition is automatically charged every month unless I notify the office before the 10^th. I understand there are No Refunds for tuition, registration or recital fees, holidays, missed classes, or ordered costumes. Accounts must be paid in full including Tuition before costumes can be picked up.
